  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

  Place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
